This is a Caucasian Ovcharka. But I don't think this picture is real. Yes, they are generally very large dogs (height at withers is 65 cm or more, usually over 70 cm), but not that large. Caucasians are one of the many livestock guardian dog breeds.

i am a proud owner of a male of that breed here in Chile, an my bitch has blood of that polis line of that breed
thaht breed is no actually just huge as san bernardo or leonberger (probably little less) but they are far more agressive with strangers than any other dog and thye are actually considerated as the worlds best guard dogs, leaving far others like rottweiller or german shepherd

The lady in the picture is clearly not wearing a bra. Her left nipple is visible if you look closely at the picture. She is an attractive women, however, her breasts are oddly shaped, displaying a sagging effect. The dog is very large, but for some reason, the viewer is drawn to the women's breast.
